From beginning to end, the crew was engaging, open, honest, understanding, personable, professional; this was an ideal contractor experience. Brian, Lars, and John Marc were super helpful and fun to work with. They went above and beyond by helping us out with things here and there that weren't on the job bid. Not to set up false expectations for other customers, but they even advocated for the company to help us out with a free water heater given our circumstances!   Can't say enough about how positive our experience was. Because of where our main water supply shutoff valve was located, some digging was required in the neighbor's yard. They helped us prepare the neighbors for this work and did a nice job patching up the excavation area, showing great consideration. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Edgar and the crew were friendly and helpful when they came to my house to replace my sewer line.  I appreciated how they explained the job and showed me how they would do it. They were very careful with my yard, wearing orange booties when needed to avoid making a mess.  I look forward to having the city inspector approve the work and complete the job.  Thank you 3 Mountains!

Paul is AWESOME!! He installed new fixtures in my 3 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. He also installed a new water heater, a new main shut off valve in the garage, and a new shut off valve for the water line to my refrigerator. Paul did an incredible job. I appreciate his excellent work as well as his friendly manner. I now feel that I have a plumber I can trust to perform quality work in a professional manner. Thanks Paul and 3 Mountain Plumbing for showing me there still exists people that thrive on doing quality work and that truly care about customer satisfaction.

I rarely take the time to write a review but due to the fantastic service I recently received from 3 Mountains Plumbing (specifically from Brian Hunt) I felt compelled to write a review.
We had a terrible back-up in our pipes from our shower drain and Brian immediately found the problem and repaired it. What was so nice was his attitude throughout the time he was in our home. He was courteous, friendly, respectful, clean and didn't act like it was a chore for him. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his work and made us feel he would do the right thing. I suspect another company would have charged us a lot more money and based on my experiences with other companies probably not have had someone service us with such a great attitude. Overall my experience with everyone at 3 Mountains Plumbing has been great and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Three Mountain Plumbing came to my house after I had a serious water main break. I made the original fix to get us water running again after the Oregon winter we all experienced. We had water but the pressure was horrible and taking a shower was a joke. They gave me an estimate for the repairs which at first was a bit shocking but given how far our house is from the city main, I understood the price. The good news is that after they got into the job they realized I didn't require two major aspects of their bid and it saved me a significant portion of the original estimate. The original folks I spoke to told us to dig a trench from our main to our house. When 3 Mountains came to our home and saw the trench, they felt bad because we didn't need to do all that work. The bored a line to the house from the street and clean and easy. The line is the newest, strongest version on the market and we can now take showers, water the garden and even wash a car "ALL AT THE SAME TIME". Amazing. The guys were professional and did everything asked of them. I couldn't be happier and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
