We had an 18 year old unit that finally bit the dust on Sunday...mind you in the middle of a down pour from Hurricane Nate. I called 3D and they said they would have someone out between 2-2:30. Chris called and showed up at 1:15pm. He took his time, worked on the unit and gave us an estimate for the repair but also to replace the unit. We decided it was time to do so and so they got on it the next day replacing the unit within a few hours. The unit has been installed for a day and is running great, very quiet and the installer even leveled out the area where the heat pump would sit to make sure it was balanced properly. I can't stress enough how much customer service makes a difference for us and Chris and the crew at 3D really did a great job.

The entire experience replacing our furnace and air conditioner was very professional and timely. Chris walked us through the process from estimate, to install, to payment with very clear options. They were always on time and the install went as they said. EVERYTHING was left neat, clean, and the install team was very friendly. Chis informed us of a special from the manufacturer that saved us $400 after the estimate. Highly recommend this company and Chris.

My air went out and I wanted to take my time and make a good decision.  3D air is definitely not the cheapest after comparing the companies, but they do a good job and have excellent customer service. Chris came and gave me a list of offerings of units and price ranges. He was awesome. Rico and Sean came and installed the unit. They were on time and cleaned up behind themselves. I asked a lot of questions throughout the entire process. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite. They didn't seem to mind me asking. I would recommend their services.

3D showed up when the company we had a maintenance contract with did not.  We spent $900 less than 14 days prior with the previous company.  We called 3D's main number and Chris called us back promptly.  Chris was their prior to his ETA.  He was friendly and professional and gave us several options as to how we could proceed. We needed to replace our AC system.  From the person on the phone, technician, and the installation crew, everyone was courteous, informative, and on time.  We had our entire system replaced within 24 hours of our after hours and on a holiday service call.
