I absolutely love my nails. They aren't too welcoming at 1st, but I believe it may be a language barrier. And or possibly that they just work better without conversation. I get that at 8/10 nail salons I've been to (maybe it's just me lol) I wish they would have the prices listed tho. And also the basic pedicure was $16 but they don't have the professional pedicure chairs with the foot bath attached. They just bring out a bucket with a bag in it, which is essentially the same thing & I have been to other nail salons like this but I guess it's not a deal breaker. The nail tech who did my nails , took her time and paid close attention to detail. She fixed something so simple that I felt didn't look right with no problem. I appreciate her good work ethic and I'll definitely return because they were definitely NOT overpriced.

I had an appointment and was on their books, but very disappointed that they did not honor their word. I had read a lot of good reviews, but they we're just words. I will not be using their services. :-(

I love getting my nails done here. They last a good 6 weeks!!! But the wait is soo long and they are rude. You have to come here with patience and a good book to kill time. I think passing customs through LAX is bearable compared to the roughness you get here. Lol!

1st time here had an appointment showed up eairly just to wait over 20 mind passed my scheduled time. Wasnt even busy. She went to the bk to take a break .Please Do Not take breaks on customers time Rude !

I was in the shop last night to get my eyebrows wax. It was around 6:20pm and I walked in and put my name on the list. Nobody approach me nor welcome me. I felt like I was invisible. I waited half and hour and nobody still approach me. Seriously I work in retail so I know about GOOD customer service. Just so they know that just because you are wearing normal attire not fancy doesn't mean you don't have $$$. I rate this place the worst customer service ever!! I will make sure I spread the word so they lose customers.
