Average hair cut for an average price.

The stylist who works week mornings at this shop has given me a terrible hair cut. Two times I have gone to that shop and I told her I wanted layers but when I got home I saw that she did not layer my hair and made me very angry.  Apparently she does not know how to cut in layers.  This shop used to be a good shop when it was Cost Cutters.
