I absolutely love this place!  I had the opportunity of finding this place when my dog needed special treatment after Petco totally botched her up!  I called Lori on the phone and explained my situation to her and she definitely understood what I needed done.  She told me it sound like she would be able to assist me with her and also identified some side effects  that my baby may encounter due to her situation.   I really appreciated that!  It allowed me to put a plan in place just in case.  It also made me feel assured that she was in good hands upon dropping her off.  I made her appointment,  dropped her off, called to check on her a couple of times, and they made me feel welcomed and safe.   When I picked her up, she looked so beautiful!   I live in South Holland and I pass by many many dogs grooming places; but my precious baby is now a "Four "Paws" baby!  One thing I can say about Four Paws is that Lori loves her customers and she shows it through the service and care she provides.   Thanks Lori for keep my "Princess Peach" looking her best!  Also, if you call and there's no answer, leave a message.  They are totally awesome about returning your call.   Four Paws TOTALLY ROCKS!!!

I have been taking my Yorkie to Four Paws for many years. Before that I took my boyfriend's cat and I have never had a problem. I am very pleased and very satisfied with the service I and my pet receive. Also they will work around your schedule if they can. Beleive me I do not trust my baby to just anyone and I have no concerns when I drop him off with Lori. Great place!!

I have a miniature poodle and I've been bringing him here for years. They provide really great quality work for a low price. My dog is 11 lbs. At PetCo, grooming costs $45 minimum. PetSmart is even more expensive. I've never had an issue coming here. I think I normally end up paying around $35. 

They usually close up by 2pm and they are not open on Wednesdays and Sundays, I think. If you leave a message, they will always get back to you during the next business day. 

The groomer are really nice and I've never had any issues with customer service. If your dog is very matted or has fleas, they will charge you extra (but so do PetCo, PetSmart, and most other groomers), and they have signs that clearly state this. There have been times where my dog has had mats in his fur but they didn't charge me extra.

I highly recommend them.

This is the first review I have ever written. I have mixed experiences with the company. Originally I had a long haired Siamese and they provided excellent service. I would  take him to get a "lion cut" and I enjoyed the results. I now have a short haired, short tempered tabby and I went to get him groomed. Before I could get back to my car, someone ran out and told me they would not be able to groom him because he scratched and bit the groomer. I thought they would be able to handle all types of temperament. If you have a cat that is difficult and doesn't like baths, I would not recommend this place. If your cat has a mild temperament and is used to having baths, I would recommend.
