Their Texas Brisket isperfectly smoked and tender! Their side items are always excellent. We shared the potato salad, cheese grits, collards and fried okra. I could just go for the side dishes, but I can't give up that Texas Brisket! I know there are desserts too, but we'd have to get them to go after such a filling and satisfying meal! Plus, a fun assortment of nostalgia in hard to find soft drinks. Cheer Wine anyone?

Always good food and always busy. It doesn't appear that you get a ton of food, but I can tell you, I can never finish it all! Fried okra is the Bomb and they always have awesome chef specials. Definitely don't miss a stop here. They have a sweet shop too, great for just grabbing a quick delicious dessert :)

4 Rivers is a hit or miss place. A large choice of smoked meats and sides, if you've never been, its wise to look over the menu and know what you want for your party, but the menu seems a bit overwhelming. Choices can range from a good quantity to small. The BBQ sauces were average at best; I don't see myself buying a bottle any time soon. Always busy, with the line sometimes winding outside, you would think it's excellent, but it's just merely good. Worth a shot if you really like smoked meats since you're bound to find something you like.

Excellent food and excellent customer service the general manager Alex Pena was very was very attentive not only to myself and my family but also to all the customers in this establishment that we're having dinner he went around making sure that everyone was satisfied with the service and the quality of the food, you don't find that kind of service in too many places anymore. The staff was fast and efficient and made sure we had everything we needed they all gave service with a smile. Staff came around often to ask if we needed Soft Drink refills or water and I observed them making sure that the establishment was clean can't wait to go back😁 food was great....

I am a fan of the flavor. Pulled pork and chicken are done well. Burnt ends are ok, but usually have been sitting out too long. The smoked chicken wings and BBQ baked beans are the best I've ever had. However, portions get smaller and smaller by the day, while prices go in the other direction. I guess that's the way of the world these days. Flavor: 4 stars Value: 2 stars
