I am very offended. I went to Four Seasons Travel expecting to go on a nice cruise to Bermuda, however I was immediately told to "go away". How could they treat their customers this way? I, personally, am appalled by this brazen attitude toward their clientele. Me and the wife were trying to celebrate our one-month anniversary, and this is how they treat us? No. I just wanted to have a good time with Dorothy (and maybe meet some beautiful Bermudan women along the way), but unfortunately I did not book us a cruise, and now Dorothy is mad at me. I mean, come on sweetie! Really? After all we've been through? Please... I didn't want this to happen, I wanted to spend time with you! Don't leave me Dorothy! Please, I'll have nowhere to go! Dorothy? Dorothy where are you going? No, dorothy don't do this. Dorothy? You walk out that door and WE ARE FINISHED! FINISHED YOU HEAR ME? FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so let me get one thing straight, I'm fifteen so you could say that I can't "legally" leave this country. As much as I want to with final exams coming up and all. But that's not the point this is. My dad booked a cruise with them, and he said that they were an AMAZING service! He said that he has never met anyone more friendly than them. He also told me that on his cruise there were no complications with money or service it was all covered which to me and my dad is an A++ Not only is there place caring and nice they also have great costumer service! Please whatever you do, do not go anywhere else this place is OUTSTANDING! (They also have an awesome slogan)

I have booked many trips with 4 Seasons Travel. I have nothing but praise for the service that I received. Kevin was very knowledgeable on the destinations that my wife and myself had in mind. We will definitely use them again and again.

Horrible! Bad attitude right off the bat. Never called back either, guess they didn't want my money. That's why I called somewhere else and already way happier with them. They were kind, understanding, and willing to help me plan honeymoon like this place should have done.
