Reviews

Filled out the Contact Form on the website over a month ago inquiring about destination weddings. Included timing, guest count and destination in my inquiry. After about a week and a half with no response I emailed Dawn directly. Her email is listed on their website under the destination wedding section. I included all the same info. Never heard back from anyone. If you only respond to phone calls, don't list emails addresses and contact forms on your website. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for any business ever but I was really irritated with the nonexistent service after reading all positive reviews.

We had a wonderful experience with Shadyside Travel while booking our honeymoon. Joe was incredibly helpful in selecting a location and a resort that suited our needs perfectly, and Stephanie made the entire process stress-free; she was so friendly to work with when submitting payments and getting travel documents to us, ensuring that all the details were set! We would definitely book our next trip through Shadyside Travel again.

Stephanie helped me and my wife plan our honeymoon and it was amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and had first-hand experience with several of the resorts we were considering. Being able to hear about her personal experiences was really valuable and helped us choose the perfect destination for our trip. Thanks, Stephanie!

I had a group of 14 going to the Bahamas, so it was easier to go through a Travel Agency. I have used Shadyside Travel, but this was my  first time working with Stephanie.  Days prior to us leaving Stephanie called to say she just found out that the hotel will be closing at the end of the month for renovations, So heads up! Stephanie thank you for the heads Up! That allowed us not to walk in blind sided. The vacation was BEAUTIFUL and every one of my guest was happy with their trip.
