I took my aunt here for her birthday "hair makeover." Her hair did not look like what she wanted but I get it, the hair stylist was not trying to damage her hair any further. Her hair turned out nothing like the picture we used as a reference. I was seriously annoyed with the wait time. I literally had her appointment set up for 12 noon. Granted, this was a "last minute" appointment availability that Tawnya was able to give me. I was grateful for that, however, 12:00 turned into 12:30 because the stylist called around 10:00 AM and asked if we could push it back. No problem, I agreed. After dropping my aunt off at 12:30, I left to get my dog washed. Figured I'd give them a couple of hours. She was not done with her hair until nearly 6:00 pm!!!!!!!!! And on top of that, we were charged the full price of $290!!! That just ticked me off so I didn't even bother tipping. Wasted time is worse than wasted money. And I feel like I did both today. I am definitely not going here anymore. Never spent almost 6 hours at a hair appointment until today. Never again!

Such a great environment with an amazing staff. Always feel very welcomed! Morgan is my hair stylist and she never disappoints and always exceeds my expectations and as an added bonus gives the best head massages! I highly recommend them to all
My friends and family. Always feel like a new woman when I leave 😃

I've been so happy seeing Morgan for a year now so I wanted to share. I have my whole family going here now. Mom, gf, little girl, & we all love it! They have regulars so schedule ahead like an adult or don't cry if you don't get in with no notice. They aren't Great Clips so if you're opposed to paying a bit more for a custom haircut then move along. I love seeing Morgan each and every time knowing that she remembers my last haircut and how my crazy hair grows! Money well spent. She's also great at SHOWING me how to acheive the same look on my own at home which is a huge value to me! As a guy it felt odd paying $30-$40 for a haircut but now I'd feel weird paying $20 for some random person to wing it.
