This place has very good service.  I have been visiting this place for 5 years. Great food, good atmosphere.  I enjoy this place.  Keep up the good work!

This place dose not have excellent customer service.  Don't buy any e-cigarettes from them.  I purchased an e-hookah for a christmas gift and upon opening, it didn't work.  I took it back to the store and explained what happened and the owner told me that I should have brought it back the same day or the day after.  How was I suppose to do that?  I cannot try that type of product before the person it was bought for. That's unsanitary.  He didn't even offer a refund or an exchange.  Instead he persisted to tell me that there hasn't been any complaints from anyone else.  I asked him to try one of the e-hookahs in his display and he did not.  Unprofessional customer service.  As a result I lost my $6.99 plus tax and they have lost a customer. 

This place also does price gouging.  I asked him to order my brand of cigarettes (not an uncommon brand) and when I went to the store to purchase my brand, I noticed that he went up a $1 more than the normal price of the other cigarettes of the same brand at other places. I guess that's the price of them being at a convenience store.  Places like this shouldn't be able to treat their customers in this manner.  I don't care if you own the store personally,you should treat people the way you want to be treated.
