They were not busy but now they don’t spray fragrance in the car they give you an air freshener and they missed some spots (4 Star Wash)

Sometimes they have good workers, sometimes they don't, I never have consistency, it just depends on the day. Some of the workers do an amazing job from washing, to waxing to wiping everything down so there's no drippings. Some days you have workers that would much rather be anywhere but at work and they show it while tending to people's vehicles; they have dry the cars, don't vacuum well, forget to apply all that's included in whichever services was sold, etc.

I have had nothing but a great experience here! I have 22 inch rims and cannot take it to anywhere else as other washes scratch my rims. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions. I have many examples of this. I'm not going to give examples but there is more than one employee that has put their own job at risk for customer satisfaction. Very customer driven company! Great price for great service even if they didnt go above and beyond for me.

Had our vehicle detailed here it had some dust from previous owner living in the country area. Paid for the interior detailing at a decent price. Door jambs were part of the service offered and they left multiple obvious spots of dust with door jambs that were not hard to reach areas. Some dog hair still under seats in areas they raised to clean carpets. They totally missed the center console. Overall they knocked down a large portion of the detail job. Carpets turned out great. Unfortunately their tool to eliminate odors was out of service (previous smokers car) but carpets cleaning did help with the smell.
