I have been doing Unlimited car wash services for years from multiple places. Just moved to Fairfield and decided to get an Unlimited car wash service here. Attendant at front (long blonde hair guy) didn't tell me that vacuum wasn't included when all other car wash services have that included. Was told afterwards I would have to drive 15 min North to Vacaville to vacuum my car. Was very confusing to figure out their service plans. Was told that Fairfield was "coming up" and that they decided to get rid of the vacuuming rather than increase the price; that doesn't make sense. He then sticks the fast pass right in the middle of my window. I politely asked him if he could fix it and he told me to have it fixed the next time I come in. This all was not what I was expecting.

Went by to get an oil change and was told it would be over $100 because my car needs 'synthetic' oil & a 'special' type of oil filter. I showed them my owners manual & told him I was never told that. I left & called Dodge & they told me my vehicle does not call for synthetic oil & they charge $39.95 for it. Felt like I was being taken advantage of! Won't go there again!

High level of service and a decent wash. To wash it the wash you would do it will cost you higher than the ultimate wash though.

Pretty great customer service! The washes are a little over priced. However, they staff works together well as a team and can get your car cleaned in a fairly quick manner. Normallu my start to finish time is 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they are.

Usual car wash. Sometimes there is a crowd, other times it's empty. I like the one on the hill, lots of vacuums for your use. The Elmira location gets you through pretty quick.
