Just like the name, 5 Star Nails lives up to its 5 stars. I have been coming to 5 star nails since I have moved to Sioux City. Its name then was TKNails and since have changed owners but still the same awesome crew. I never need to request anyone because they are all wonderful and know what they are doing. I have been to other places too, with friends and family but I will always recommend 5 Star Nails. They take their time and really do pamper you. They don't rush through the motions. Only once have I had a nail chip (my fault I was washing my car) within the first day, I came back in and they fixed it for me right away. I even bring my finance in twice a year to get a pedi, and he loves it and they make him feel comfortable! No worries ever coming in. They have more than enough people working at all times, the wait is never more than a half hour for walk in. And you can always call ahead too. They are awesome to work with. They follow the new trends and have all the new stuff. Great place to treat yourself! 

Some of the staff is hard to understand but they keep trying until you get it or until someone who speaks better English helps out. Learning curve but you'll experience that anywhere.

This spa is absolutely amazing!  My daughter and I came in for just a pedicure, and we got the ultimate treatment.  Both technicians were totally focused on just us, and they took their time and we're very detailed.  Best service we ever had!  Will definitely be making the trip back from Norfolk to keep coming to 5 Star Nails!!

This is the only place I will have Mani/Pedis! The business is always clean and the staff is professional. A visit to 5 Star Nails with my daughters is becoming a fun family tradition!
