Absolutly horrible. I've been delivering food to different buildings around The Loop for 10 months now (to 500 W. Monroe specifically only twice,) and each time the front desk people have been extremely rude and unhelpful; almost like they couldn't care less. And every secretary that I've run into is either so flighty that they won't give you the time of day, or, again, just don't care. The service is so bad here that I've asked my manger to never send me to this location for another delivery again.
