Kiroli Park is owned and operated by the City of West Monroe Louisiana. Admission is $1.00 per person. Facilities are available for rent starting at $50.00. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the park and fines range from $50.00 - $100.00 and expulsion from the park. Walking paths are for walkers and runners only. Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, but not all areas are accessible.

I found this park as I was traveling through Louisiana. Very much  worth  the detour from my travel route. This is one of the best off leash dog parks I have ever seen. Hills, grass, trees, sandy area, water fall,seating areas, this place has it all. Very nice size, well maintained and very clean.

Best park in Monroe/ W Monroe. It's $1 per person to get in. Totally worth it. It was a hot day, but there was lots of shade on the trails. It felt nice. The guy at the gate will print a map of the park for you if you ask.

Great family fun. From feeding ducks and turtles, to walking trails. Having a picnic and watching the kids play. I just wish they had a splash pad. It's so hot!

Great park. The Dogs love the dog park. Had someone going around constantly to maintain the cleanliness.

It offers fun activities for all the family.  Walking trails, tennis courts, and several play grounds areas.  It also offers a scenic pond and beautiful flowers when in season.
