Any venue that hosts the likes of Leeway is a 5 star establishment by default. My experience was excellent. From the friendly greet by the doorman, to the farewell hadshake from the band, everything was exceptional. I should also note that although I was only drinking a red bull, the bartenders we're very accommodating, and engaging.

My band has played at 529 for years. We love the environment. It is always a party every time there is a show there. It is kind of like what having a part in your parents basement when they went off out of town was like. Everyone telling dining from plastic cups, singing, dancing enough to get sweaty, it's a blast. The bar tenders are extremely efficient, you'll never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a drink. Try their Jack and Coke slushie when it's warm out, it is super refreshing and will get you feeling right for the show! The posted show times in the website are always early, the does tend to run late, but that's the point over there. Expect to have a fun later evening of drinks, partying, and loud rock and roll!

Great spot. Decent beer selection with good prices, great staff, great shows, and a walk up window to order your favorite beverages from their patio.
