Decent location for parking downtown. Used ParkWhiz to reserve parking and it brought the price down to $16 from the $42 I would've paid without it. However, the reader entering and exiting didn't work so the attendant had to come to my car to open the gate.

Great place to park. If paid in advance it's a set rate, rather than paying the hourly rate.

This is a very nice office building.​ I was here as a guest for business. I was not impressed at all by the front desk staff.  They seemed very unprofessional, we're having loud personal conversations and standing around doing nothing. When I asked where the restroom was I was told in a scripted tone that they don't have public restrooms.  I have never been a visitor in a more unprofessional and less welcoming office building.

Standard parking ramp.  They gave a discount for going to Hamilton though I was disappointed that I had to give my ticket stub in order to get the discount.  Price went from ~40 to ~20 so that was nice for only 3 hours in Chicago.
