The staff in this garage were GREAT! Everyone was courteous and friendly. I left a bag by mistake inside the waiting area with somethings of value in it, I called after I discovered it wasn't in my car. The staff went looking and found my bag. I went back the next day to pick up my belongings and they were kind a very friendly I will recommend this garage to everyone when they are in the area! Thank you again!

Eady in and out. We used a site to pay for it in advance (which saved a ton of money). But, it was nice to know our car was protected.

Worst Parking Experience! Did not end up parking due to the poor customer service. I had used my parking app and I thought I paid for valet but the parking attendant just pointed to a ramp and all I asked was is the valet up the ramp because that's what I had paid for and he said "Did you read the sign? Reverse and read it" he was so rude and I asked for a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. ABM should truly ensure that they teach their employees simple customer service skills! This is how the properties they manage will suffer financial loss! The thing is you never know who you may be upsetting and if I was a prospective client, well I'm not anymore. No Thank You!

Parking in Chicago is horrible as is, so the last thing you want is someone who is mean to you and works at a parking place! I found this place online on Spot Hero and that's how I encourage you to use it. As little contact with the staff as possible.

Left my water steel black large RAVE water on the bench by the pay box, yesterday, I remember when I was almost in Schaumburg. I have been trying to call them for 2 days and no one, no one answered. After spending $37 and tip I can't reach them. My water both cost $100 because it is special needs one. What a terrible place to have parked. If they would have answered I would have been able to send a messenger to pick it up. Now I have no bottle that I need desperately. If I could give a triple negative I would.
