Horrible, horrible service. Ordered flowers for someone's birthday that never arrived due to the refusal of the delivery person to trust that security would get the flowers to the recipient. Did not call the recipient. Could not write down the alternate phone number provided in my message. Last time we use them.

5th Ave Floral Co. did an excellent job on my flower arrangements I received on my wedding anniversary from my good friends in Massachusetts. I was very impressed with the timeliness and lovely arrangement that was created. I've used other floral shops to send flowers, and I've been more disappointed than impressed with the supposed floral artists who arranges a $90.00 bouquet and it looks like a temperamental monkey did it for $5.00. Then they have the audacity to tell me that the flower arrangements looks exactly like the picture posted online. UGH.

5th Ave Floral has my business now and my thanks for doing such a wonderful job. My bouquet came to me on the date of my anniversary with vibrant lilies and a secure container to make sure the blooms wouldn't get damaged. Thanks again!

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. I advised the viewing hours were between 1:00 and 3:00pm and asked if that was an acceptable time frame. The very pleasant young lady indicated that deliveries began at noon and she could not guarantee it would arrive before 1pm, but that it would be as early as possible.   

I left the funeral home around 3:15p and they still had not been delivered. I confirmed same with the funeral director.  The funeral director called me on Sunday advising that they did arrive sometime after the service. Delivering flowers after a service has begun is bad enough. Delivering after the service is over... not acceptable. 

When I called on Monday, I spoke with Linda. She *said* she wanted to do whatever she could to make me happy. So I thought things were going to go well. She then offered to refund the delivery fee and 20%, which I politely advised was not acceptable. She quickly became quite annoyed and advised that she would need to to try and retrieve the arrangement and get back with me for a full refund.   

Mind you, I already explained to her that the funeral home had in turn delivered the arrangement to the family. So I asked if it was her intent to contact the daughter of the deceased and ask for her arrangement back. She didn't have much of an answer and it was very evident she was even more displeased that I wouldn't accept her offer. She seemed busy, so I politely suggested she check into some options and get back with me, advising that she didn't have to give me a resolution at that moment.  

I didn't hear back from Linda on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called today (Thursday). When she answered, I very nicely reminded her who I was. She confirmed that she had the right person on the phone and then said "YOU'RE GOING TO BE FULLY REFUNDED" and hung up.  

I guess it's good that she did the right thing... but what if she would have done the right thing AND had been nice about it? I may have decided to give them another try. Clearly... that's not going to happen now.  Recommend staying clear.

The staff at 5th Ave Floral Co. is always extremely helpful and the beautiful, fresh flowers are amazing. No wonder 5th Ave Floral has been voted Columbus' best florist for the 3rd year in a row! If you are searching for a floral arrangement or a wedding florist, I highly recommend the 5th Ave Floral shop!
