My son and daughter in law used Bloomtastic for their Columbus wedding last week-end. At the last minute I decided I wanted flowers for the rehearsal dinner we were hosting.  Heather coordinated beautiful vases with flowers to match the wedding and we were able to use them the following night at the reception. I live out of town and it was so nice to have all this handled so easily.

We used Bloomtastic for our wedding ceremony flowers and were very pleased! They did a fantastic job with all of our flowers, I couldn't have been happier with my bouquet! It still looked beautiful and fresh days later!

Flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I was a bit worried day of because my wedding was on a Sunday. No one was in office and I could not get an answer on the phone number I was provided. However, as I was told someone was there to unlock the doors and help us out on the big day! The little stress I had was easily resolved when my mother in law showed up with our beautifully put together flowers :)

I ordered two separate identical arrangements for Mother's Day. The first delivery went well and the flowers were as described (the only reason this review received 2 stars). The other delivery didn't get delivered to the address on the order, rather it was delivered to a previous address from over 2 years ago that must have been in their computer system. I also received a call stating that I had flower delivery on MY porch rather than my mom receiving the call. Realizing my mom did not receive her flowers I called and was told it would 'be taken care of.' My mom did eventually receive an arrangement, but not the arrangement I ordered (which should have been identical to the first arrangement sent to my step-mom). The flowers my mom received were not pretty and looked as if they were put together quickly with what was leftover in the florist shop. I emailed Bloomtastic to express my disappointment and was told more flowers were included in the arrangement to compensate for being out of the original order, as if I should be grateful? It wasn't what I ordered, and more does not  necessarily mean better. I would not use this florist again or recommend using them. 
The customer service response (or lack thereof) received from this business given the order and delivery issue  (given that was their mistake) was poor and disappointing.
