Moved in August 1st 2016

Arrived at the storage facility and my space was double booked"so they say" and someone had already moved into it. No other units of that size. So outside at 8pm with a truck loaded with my 3bedroom household, 1 1/2 hour on the phone with 3rd party customer service and nowhere to put my stuff unless I buy a bigger unit. No one can help me but management will contact me and reservations don't mean anything to this company. So I'm out $45 additional a month or I can take off work fly back into town and move everything, stove,fridge,beds living and dining room..etc. to another unit now that one is available again. All I've heard is sorry our fault but your problem.
