Been renting here for quite some time now. 24 hour private code access and their grounds keeping have done great keeping the place well kept, even during heavy snow fall. Thankful to have such a great facility close to my home.

I just wish there was staffed office personnel  to speak with more often rather than playing phone tag or rely on the kiosk.

Only had an issue with property not maintained in front of my boyfriends unit. Access was limited due to blocked door ( trailers etc) and way too many weeds. Could definitely appreciate better maintenance of the property. People are very nice and helpful.

Merrillville Storage really works well for us as it is close to the house we sold and close to the house we are building.  We have experienced great service from very friendly people.

NO ONE ANSWERS FROM THE OFFICE AND IT TAKES YOUR ANSWERING SERVICE TO DAMN LONG TO ANSWER. I'M PAYING MORE AND THE SERVICE IS WORSE.
