This is the company that gets paid by the city to handle the parking meter problems. They do not answer the phones during business hours unless you call 3,4 times in a row. The individual answering my phone was an older dude with major attitude named Michael. I called because a meter took too much money out of my card and Michael was talking to me in a way as if he was doing me a favor. He also did not give me his name during the phone call. After picking up phone rather than saying his name he mumbled something fast so I said "Is this the company that handles parking meters?" in which he responded too quickly. "YES YES WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?". I told him and he had promised to take care of my issue and call me back ASAP but never did so I followed up the day after again calling them 3,4 times before someone answered. A girl this time got my info down again on a new file and said she will take care of it and call me back. Never did. So I called back the 3rd day and this time was answered by the supervisor yet again after 3,4 calls. She said her name was Riley. She was also rude and unhelpful. My issue was that a meter had taken too much money out of my card and she as a supervisor let me know that she did not have the option to refund the money and the guy that does is not in the office and is "in a different city". 3 days, 3 phone calls and about 30 minutes of my time wasted so far and these guys still have no interest in returning my money. The meter was supposed to take out $1.75 but it instead took out $9 without my permission.
