The Park was clean, pool, bathrooms and the showers were clean. One of my complaints was when you make a reservation over the phone they will not send you any kind of confirmation.
It's a little unsettling not having some kind of confirmation when you're traveling out of state. 
My second complaint was we were checking out on Sunday we asked to stay an extra hour or two and they said absolutely not.
 We were willing to pay a little bit  extra but they said it was their policy for no late check-outs. This is definitely disappointing because the park was at least 60 to 70% empty and it was the off-season. Again no explanation from the girl in the office she just pointed to the sign on the wall that said no late check-outs.

Nice place, and not near as pricey as the place in Newport Beach.  You literally cross the street and you're on the beach.  Large bathroom, nice pool, security round the clock, large laundry, pet friendly, and nice staff.

The location is perfect for someone who enjoys the beach.  The sites are very spacious and clean. They also have a rec room with a pool table and ping pong.  The prices are normal for this location.

Nice rv park.  Loved having the pool and jacuzzi.  Met a lot of nice people. Dog area was nice to have. Close to the beach and bike bath a short walk across the street.  Our first time here and we will definitely go back.  Facilities clean and management was nice.

We spend 3 days there and was great. Kids enjoy all amenities of the resort including heated pool and club house. Place was clean and with easy access to the beach.  Management was excellent out truck didn't fit on the space and they provide us with a different parking space. Definitely will go back again.
