customer service has been on the rise it appears as the cashiers were fast and very friendly. I noticed that the cashiers stop whatever their doing to tend to customers and were pleasant to deal with.. The food was freshly cooked unlike some of the other 7-11's and the store is very clean and well stocked of 98% of the items they offer for sell.

There's nothing wrong with it as far as convenience stores go, but their customer service is anything but polite and helpful. I want a 7/11 that is willing to take me seriously instead of turn my questions away when I go and when I call.

I was over charged $2 today! I had to drive back to the store to get my correct change. The store owner gave me my $2 back "free of charge" as if he was doing me some type of favor. Shop here only if you don't mind being over charged and met with attitude by the employees when you catch them scamming you.
