I shop at this location quite a few times, but as of lately, I noticed a change in staff, and they are pretty biased. on Christmas, I was sick and went into the store to get some medication and lemonades. 7/11 staff "knew" just knew my sister and I was stealing. From the time I walked in to the store, no greetings, they refused to speak, I said how are you. Then received no response. I also said thank you, and Happy Holidays. Still a very cold response. I mean no response! After that , my gut told me something was off. so I looked for my sister, because I know how aggressive people become when they are scared. I was truly afraid of leaving my sister in 7/11 alone with 7/11 staff. Because it would be their words vs her word. Yes, the entire time the young lady working on Christmas followed and watch my sister to the point she was extremely uncomfortable and did not want no snacks. Which really shook me. Because she is a lady who likes to have a sweet treat and a soda. I can deal with people being afraid of me, but I draw a line on my little sister who have never hurt anyone, college educated and is a pleasant individual to talk. I encourage 7/11 to train their employees not to profile so overtly, and to at give them intercultural and communication training. I have no issue taking my money up the street.

I went in for some cigarettes and a snack and the lady over the counter was not only rude but attempted to over charge me I had and when I brought it up she didn’t apologize she didn’t look at me she just put the money she owed me on the counter and pointed out the door I think she’s a new hire who is pocketing the money after her shift look at your receipt and make sure it’s what you got

Quick in and out for gas or food. Few transients that like to hang around the store and beg for change. They can get quite aggressive.

The owner and staff are not only helpful they also keep the store clean. The products sold are reasonably priced. Gas station is competitive as well as lower than others in the area. Restrooms are accessable and clean.

Often busy with long lines and wait periods for checkout. Good customer service.
