Terrible place, most of the workers are really nice,but the owner not so much,he likes to make you do his job for little pay,and then when everything is said and done he will leave you high and dry for scheduling unless he gets desperate and does not want to go into work, he does not deserve reliable good employees working at his establishment,you will be taken advantage of if you let him. I have never been in an establishment that has been so disorganized in my life. This place is an absolute joke.
Excellent Service, cooler than other gas stations. Would definitely come back. The lady working at night went out of her way to accommodate me and was very kind. Not sure what that other review was about. Besides that, they have really cool little trinkets and toys that you won't find at other places, reasonable prices and good coffee. Can't ask for more from a gas station.
I am a nightly regular at this BP/7-11 and it's my go to gas station in Stow. The employees are friendly and helpful. I recently had my tire go flat at their station and they let me keep my car there over night to avoid a tow!

You are cruel and the way you treat people is deplorable I wish you ill will in all of your personal and business dealings To the public do not spent your money at this establishment the owners and managers dont treat their employees with any respect or caring. I hope that wherever you expend your time and efforts that you fail and you feel the repercussions of your callousness and cruelty. You have no compassion for others
Joshua Robertson is full of it! The woman that works at night, starting at 11.00pm, is the WORST clerk I've ever come across in 30 years! I do everything I can to avoid that store after 11 at night! No wonder that franchise is for sale! -5
It is a good thing this place is self serve since both the employees like to sit outside together and smoke! Watched 4 people walk in and no one to wait on them.
They are always so kind to me, always greet me, and have cared about my days, I have been going to this location for about 4 years, and I will continue to go here.
Wanted a frozen slush, non of them worked, mocha iced coffee tasted horrible
Was very happy the manager goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied,keep up the good work
Customer services.... what’s that!!! You won’t find it here. At least not with the lady behind the counter. Last time I shop here!
