I constantly see an employee with long messy hair allowed to walk through the food prep area without a hat or hair net. He has also acted like a child with his friends in plain view of customers. Half of my orders are either missing things or just poorly prepared.

I enjoy their meatball sub . I order it with just about everything. Good coffee, fast service ,clean bathroom , along withe good prices when compared to other fast gas service stations.  They carry a wide selection of just about everything you might need at these types of gas retailers . I've read a number of the other commenter complaints, and they haven't happened to me . It's tough when your in a hurry and might be late for work, or just running a little behind , but be patient  with those in training. You were them at on point in your life. The  fast gas and food service industry workers are looked down upon the most . It's difficult .That said though, for the employees, speak to your customers . Let them know you understand and that you are aware of them. Give them the friendly smiling nod. Reassure them that their order is coming up , and when incorrect , correct it politely . If a customer is offensively rude , and holding the line back , LET THE MANAGER take over in those situations. That's what their paid for. Remember this, a lot of people who have made it big have started out in positions such as yourselves. The difference is for those who do , is how the handle the situations . I'll always be a returning customer .

Whatever you do, don’t get a car wash here. Doesn’t matter if your car is submerged in mud and this place is your last hope. You could have a friend drive to the east coast and back and you would still be in line for the car wash. They should call it molasses wash
