Cashier makes no eye contact, swears profusely, and distracts the other employee, who does all the work. Rap and modern R&B music is now played through a tiny, crappy-sounding speaker all morning. Coffee containers sit mostly empty as employees chill and chat. Place is surrounded by homeless folks who will beg as you enter and exit. Rough.

Best customer service very helpful do not know who the Indian man is talking about must be confused ..But the cashier's her are very professional..N took my Buisness very seriously which I found amazing..Manners if we're better would of been perfect .. Especially the Mexican woman..

Your cashier mexican girl has no good customer service. Rude and she throw themoney on the counter for me though I extended my hand . she did not put moneyin mygand. Her behavior is not polite. No customer service attitude and does not know how to greet the custome. Check the camera. I m Govt employee. Indian Sikh. Thanks.

I walk in at 6:45am just for coffee on my way to work. I try the first coffee tube.Bone dry.....oh there's anthor one sweet! AGAIN bone dry. So I stand and watch one young kid sitting behind the counter.as an older lady chops it up with the customer wuch is fine even tho im irritated both coffee tubes are bone dry. The kid decides to say everything ok boss? I say no you have no coffee! He says oh well she works by here self....um 1000's of other 7-11's dont seem to have a problem and they work graveyard by them selfs also AND MOST are up there n age.yet this kid and lady in her 40's cant handle coffee. I show my irritation bc as a customer at 15 to 7 NOBODY in there should be coffee....so I ask well what dies do EXACTLY to where coffee comes last on the to do list. Started yelling at me...and kickedxme out and told me to never come in again....ummm why would I if not smart enough to do your job. Long story short...he's damn lucky he wasnt snatched up n taken outside for an attitude adjustment. Customer service is the most important job OF your job....
