This store is slowly dying. It’s quite dark due to more than half of the bulbs in the ceiling being burned out. Water damaged ceiling, filthy carpet, thick dust found on certain stock items, gang symbols on the chairs in the pharmacy. The whole place is in a state of neglect. The pharmacy, floor and checkout areas are always understaffed as well.

This store is OK to shop at. My grandparents use to buy from this store. There are many homeless, who hangout in the shopping center.

Pharmacy always has a long line no matter what time of day.  This pharmacy has one pharmacist on staff.  If that pharmacist isn't present when you're picking up a new prescription, expect to be told to come back on a certain day at a certain time.   If you need your medication in a hurry you are screwed.  This has happened to me four times in the last 5 months.   I intend on switching pharmacy locations so hopefully I waste less time and save myself undue frustration.

I work at CVS not the one here but the one on berryessa . Their pharmacy here is total sht... my grandma is unable to get the medicine she needs. I have to drive all the way to my workplace just to get the right prescription.  At on point they gave my grandma the wrong prescription, not only that but she tells me  she is suppose to take the medicine 2x a day for a month and they only give  her 46 pills.
