Don't buy scratch tickets here. They're cooking them off before selling and I had to report them to the state lotto/gaming commission. I have a masters degree in applied mathematics. The odds that I'd lose on EVERY ticket I bought today, is 1748 to 1. Meaning, if 1748 other people did exactly what I did, 1747 of them would have won something. According to the odds, I should have won at least a few dollars. I won $0. I've already reported them to the state gaming commission who does NOT take this stuff lightly. Want to know how I know? My friend did this while working at a gas station thinking they were slick. They went to prison for 3 years. The cashiers were playing scratch tickets and is why I was like, what the heck, I'll get some myself. Should have been a red flag for me. The thing with scratch tickets is, the gas station has a scanner that will tell you if the ticket is a winner or not. They're scanning them before hand, selling the ones they know are losers, and scratching the rest themselves. Statistics is a major part of my job. I have no reason to be dishonest about this. Guys, if you're going to do this, you need to at least be smart about it and sell a winner once in awhile. If someone comes in and drops $50-$100 on scratchers, and doesn't win a single dollar, it's because you're keeping the winning tickets for yourself. Like I said, hope it was worth it. Hint, it's not...
This previous post about lottery scratch is bogus. Not true as I have been a customer for over 30 years with this 711. I come in and play every day and think this person assumes that the clerks are playing. I play with them, and I am the one paying for it. No cheating or what this person has complained about. Don't assume and ask before you slander.
What is the point of using the 7/11 app to earn rewards if the cashier always clicks out of the screen before you can select the option on your own? It’s like they purposely don’t want you to use your rewards. They need to actually let customers redeem their rewards instead of acting like greedy pigs.
I went in at lunch and they're pretty well stocked but they have absolutely NO mustard for the big bites, hot dogs, etc. SERIOUSLY, absolutely no mustard???
I have never been rushed out of a 7 eleven because the employee was cleaning until I came to this location homeboy working the counter refused to give his name but he sounds like any other 7 eleven employee you could imagine 11:46 pm 7/9/23 if upper management wishes to review he is the only employee working the store at this hour. Given this is a 24 hour location as any other 7 eleven I don't care what the employee has to do he is there to serve the customer first if he can't do that he is incapable of performing his job. 7-Eleven has lost my business due to this completely incompetent and rude employee. For some reason due to his incapable nature of multi-tasking he thinks it's okay to drive business right out the door. If I was the business owner I would not stand for someone like this running my store and replace him immediately. Profit is profit.
First off the guy is on the phone 24/7 talking to his family in India he needs to understand that is not professional also why are these employees changing for bags with EBT?? I told them several times you can't do that they try to act as if they don't understand I have my receipt to show proof this happened several times. Also the refills they are charging regular price when you bring your big gulp cup in. Also they clear the screen before you can even use your rewards. These people are also not following corporate policy
Simply rude! Had I not desperately needed a charger for my phone I would not have given them my money. I hate places like this like they are doing us a favor. Can't even be bothered to help someone or say "you're welcome" after someone says "thank you" I will NEVER frequent this business again
No straws for beverages last time we went. Frequently out of stock of products and supplies even before the pandemic. And the store does not accept calls from unlisted numbers so you have to reveal your personal contact information to employee just to ask if they have what you need in supply before going here.
I've been going to this place for a few years now. I've also contributed considerably to the business as a frequent customer. I don't have a lot of expectations for the place but to maintain a standard of attentive cleanliness, accommodations and well supplied. But over the years, I've seen these standards dwindle each time that I go. it seems that this store has become lazy and complacent with receding standards and aims to make it status quo. I'm disgruntled with a myriad of topics about this place but I do not wish to go into further detail for it would be a sizable pamphlet. I will still visit this place from time to time. But I find more satisfaction from different vendors abroad. For a large corporation, 7/11 has let itself go.
Amazing store with caring workers; I have been coming to this store for over 20 years with nothing bad to say about it. Today I experienced something where I had to write this comment. As I was going in I saw a homeless man on a wheel chair standing next to the red box to get out of the rain; once it started raining hard 5:30AM I started walking out of the store, the elderly homeless man on in his walker man came into the store and sat down aside from everyone next to the lotto machine. I got inside my car and was looking inside the store thinking “I Hope this worker doesn’t kick the poor old man outside”, while I was watching the 711 worker walked up to the elderly homeless man and instead of kicking the homeless man out he handed him some old donuts that looked like he probably had to throw away before restocking... I thought to myself “I am so glad there are still people in the world who care about others and have feelings”... all the workers to me for the last 20 years have always been friendly, never rude or sarcastic. I can’t think of a better 711 I’ve ever been to...
