People are so ignorant … Cashier at 7-11 Seven Eleven on Cary and Thompson watched my son shop for his things in the store then when he came up to pay she wouldn’t touch anything he had… She didn’t bag it or anything and just looked at the item if the bar code wasn’t showing until he flipped it over for her to scan…. She never said 1 work and her face stayed balled up… After I paid with my card my receipt came up and she didn’t even give the receipt and it was behind the counter so it’s no way she thought We would get it ourselves…. It broke my heart….. He doesn’t really pay that stuff any mind because he’s always smiling and happy and everything but for me that mess burned me up…. If would have said something she definitely would have called the police and that would have definitely put my son life in danger because he can’t follow protocols and they get trigger happy sometimes.… Unless it’s an emergency and my life truly depends on it, I will never go in that store again… Not that they would care I’m just 1 person but I’m done supporting people when they just wanna disrespect me or my family…. I’m tired of fighting places for decency and basic respect to give them my money...
The woman with the red hair working tonight’s shift was super rude. She not only didn’t want to help me but also went on to pick a fight with me and insult me. Whoever her manager is please respond to this. Thank you.
Every time I go into this place I regret it within seconds. All the clerks are incredibly rude with the exception of the guy I usually see there at night. Most of the clerks act like you're really inconveniencing them if you have to ask for something non-standard, like a piece of pizza. On one memorable occasion, I went to buy a pizza here and the clerk audibly scoffed at me, banged around putting the pizza in the cooker, and then apparently went on break, appearing 10 minutes later to take the pizza, which only takes 90 seconds to cook, out of the oven and box it up. On multiple instances I've gone in to buy a drink or whatever and the clerk has never said a single word to me. Not one. Honestly, since Patterson Express opened up again, I rarely go to this 7-11, unless for some reason it's 2 in the morning and I need something to drink. Any other mini-mart in the area is better than this one.
Rudest staff ever. Told me that my 711 cup I refill every day for 1.31 was going to cost 1.89. It's not about the 50 cents. He even refused to scan the bar code on the side of the cup that shows it is 1.31. The owner Tee is a great guy but the guy working 8-3 at 5pm is the worst
We've gone in this place quite a few times, but tonight my girlfriend went in and the girl working behind the counter was extremely rude, and my GF said she felt like the girl threatened her. This is really shocking because everyone else in the place has always been nice to her. She said the woman behind the counter seemed glassy eyed and strange. Don't know her name but it's the girl with the giant hoop earrings.
This gas station charged $175 for a $7 fill up yesterday.They’re either snagging your card info at the pump or someone has installed a card scanner at the pumps stealing your credit card info
Wow, I'm glad to be writing a current review. Our visit was great. The guy at the counter was attentive. The coffee was fresh and the coffee area was neat and tidy.
Gentleman who was working today should be fired! Has no idea how to do his job properly. Also has terrible customer service!
Skimmers on the pumps and at the register. Tried charging both me and my husband $175 on two separate occasions.
