I just read Ben Barlow's comment, and yes, 1000%. This guy Jimmy is a #$%%% $$@!!# who pretends to speak no English. At the end of pandemic wave 1 he actually put my cooked hot dogs in a plastic bag straight plain, and then put the wrapped buns in. He pretends to speak no English even though he's worked here 30 years, and might own the franchise. He's beyond rude. I'm going to the one down 31 from now on. I'm super friendly, sober, I just work nights. I'm going to tell him now what I wrote, and that I'm going to the other location. If the company does not fire him or divest him of the franchise by 7/11/22, I will reconsider going to 7/11 ever. According to the app, I spend an average of over $3,000 a year at 7/11. Not 8f you don't fix these things.
The staff during the day are nice. Except the manager he’s rude AF he has a slick mouth. The older Asian guy at night who pretends to not speak English is also Rude AF. I asked if they had more cold coke and he acted like he didn’t understand me. I know he did. There needs to be two people working at night and some security in the store wouldn’t be bad. As they allow people to come and go freely with no mask on
Very rude staff that refused to tell me who was in charge or who the owner was. Employee said "its a russian". Unprofessional is an understatement. Avoid if you don't wanna screw around arguing when a mistake is made, because a mistake will be made.
Great Coffee. Good good variety of water.
The store is clean and the staff is friendly but I have not been receiving my reward points it seems like a waste of time for me to even put my phone number in if I'm not going to receive any points for my purchases even though it's advertised that I will get reward points!
The woman behind the counter was simply rude she had her headphones and her ears and had your audacity to tell me she couldn't hear me when I was speaking and when I said thank you and have a nice day she's simply ignored me

Staffs are very knowledgeable about products and very polite. Place is clean and coffee is fresh.
