Zero stars and going negative stars ever since 7-11 Corporate has taken ownership of this place. Pots are disgusting, how about you sanitize them, the whole store in general is dirty and not stocked well with All there own cups and straws of all sizes at all times. Sell it to a private owner who knows how to operate a service oriented business.
I purchased a gallon of milk last night at this store and it had a bad smell so I took it back this morning. The clerk refused to give me a refund because I didn’t have a receipt. Who gets receipts at 7-11?!?! He gave me another gallon - I opened it in the store and it had the same smell. He was completely uncooperative and refused to give me a refund. He said I’ll give you the managers number and you can call him. He spent a full 5 minutes looking for the number and wound up giving me the number to the store. Horrible service
The worker there today around 7-7:30pm is Dirty dirty dirty I just left this establishment just now... As I was getting ready to order food there the worker goes straight from dealing with money then goes to put gloves on before even washing his hands. He then goes on to puts one glove on but takes the hand he doesn't have a glove on and picks his nose and then goes on to pick up my food tray with the same hand. I immediately walked out and ordered nothing. He looked as if he did nothing wrong.. will not be back there again for food period..on top of the fact he moved around the store with no sense of urgency for the customers there
The male clerks here aren't appropriately trained . The manager James has no customer service skills. Horrible location.
Nice 7-11 but they need more healthy organic drinks... other sevs have this!! Bring it in, come on!
