Great service here the cashier I didn’t get get his name but cool guy and Brian the guy that prepared the order also great. They did give me the wrong fries but I think I may have told them wrong. Food came out fast and hot and fresh will come again. The location is also great

Decided to try the Wagyu burger  Arby's first burger! It did not disappoint. It's thicker than most fast food spots. Had a nice flavor but did start feeling the sodium towards the end. Also had the crinkle cut fries since I did not find the curly freis to be flavorful last time I got em. Crinkle cut  will be my go to from now on. They look simple but when salted right are actually pretty good. Also order the chicken tenders which from my experience were tough & dry. If you love chocolate chip cookies  like me, do yourself a favor and order their  Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cookie

Tried the fish strips and fries meal; it was ok. I had more curly pieces than whole fries, and they were only lukewarm. The fish strips were good, but the meal presentation wasn't what I expected. My friend had a dry roast beef sandwich as she put it, so overall, our meal was just ok.

They ran out of the hero rolls for their 2 for $7 deal... had to substitute.  They didn't have wings nor mozzarella sticks the day before.  This day, they still did not have hero rolls for their roast beef dip special. Fortunately, everything else was stocked. Thankfully, we like the onion rolls better anyway.Food: 5/5

Unbelievably bad.  The sauce looks toxic. Meat tasteless and mushy. Never had a cheesesteak taste that blah.  $30 for 1 combo and a sandwhich.  This better get better at these prices.  Fast food just isn't worth it anymore. Long wait, wrong order, expensive. Watching people disgusted with food. Goodbye arbys.

Update 1 It was a horrible experience. The staff was behind the prep table talking, I had to yell Excuse me for someone to take my order. The server took my order and told me she had to upcharge me for cheese on my order. The person preparing my food was making it wrong tried to scrape off the white sauce on the pita. I told the server to tell him to remake my food. They still continued to talk while making my food and made me wait to get my food. Also the server had such a I don't care, I don't want to be here attitude.  UPDATE 2  It's not allowing me to fill out the information on your "make it right" webpage. JUST GO TO THE STORE AND REPRIMAND THE STAFF OR HIRE NEW AND MORE COMPETENT PEOPLE. PEOPLE LIKE THAT WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS..

Heard a manager or higher person with authority scream at an  employees over  giving a free sample to a customer. Very unprofessional and I don’t think it would be the end of the world, especially if it’s late at night when they throw it out anyway. Need either new management or treat their staff better. Extremely disrespectful

Friendly staff the new hush puppy fish sticks were GREAT, cooked to perfection! Our compliments to this location!! Highly recommend it!!

Food for happy hours not worth it the Buffalo chicken is a mini sandwich it made me remember the old days ordering food in white castle not enough staff to take orders and make them. The staff tries hard.  Parking: Enough space for parking

I drove 20 minutes to get to this Arbys since the schedule is set for them to close at 11:00pm I arrived at the drive thru speaker at 10:05pm just for the employee to tell me that they were closed .. this Arbys can’t even honor their work hrs. very unprofessional!
