I visit 7-11 at 1445 Old Bridge Road every morning before work. I'm greeted with a good morning and a big smile from the Staff, and I see the manager Rafi always very busy but never to busy to say hello, I've even stopped by at late night and I still see the manager Rafi working hard as always. it looks like Mr. Rafi the store manager is doing a Fantasied job with his worker, but just keeping it real it looks he needs some help because I've never seen him Resting or not working. Your Staff are all hard workers.
The staff with little to no english is super rude- needs immediate attention. This reflects on 7/11
One of the employees is super rude, the African American guy, I asked if a bathroom is available , he answer no rudely, even I am a customer and was making my purchase, I will not come here again .
The manager Taji is rude I see multiple complaints going back 9 months about this and he's still he doesnt smile not helpful much like people bother him that's not good in a managerial position unless his own kind comes in doesn't like to be asked questions it seems like and he's there every morning when I stop for coffee and I have to deal with him like todays months later today he had there music blasting 10/17/22 Monday 12:30 he went from one extreme to another He asked how I was doing and I said fine until the music and he continued laughing and talking so then I videotaped but I'm sorry I didn't get that part
Manager and workers harassed me every time i went in there. Finally blew up now they wont serve me
Went here this morning. The cashier was extremely rude. I asked for a lottery ticket during my purchase and he said no. And he sat on a box behind the counter and started to work on something else.. After I asked a again because I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding, he rudely said no....after I kept standing there, he then said to give him five minutes. Good customer services costs you nothing! I’ll take my money elsewhere. I’ve never been to a store where I was refused something that was readily available just because the cashier didn’t feel like doing his job.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I did not always feel this way about this location. They had a very attentive person who worked there and knew all the regulars. He disappeared one day and I thought it was only temporary. It's been 2 months and it doesn't look like he is coming back. The 2 men who took his place are terrible. They never know the deals that are advertised in their store, the lottery machine confuses them, and counting change out seems to be a major problem. This store is literally 2 minutes from my house, but I will now drive 10 minutes out of the way to purchase anything I might need from them. The straw that broken the camel's back was when I ordered a hot dog and had to wait till they finished serving other customers before they even got it for me. It took a customer suggesting they get me what I needed so I could leave, mind you I had already paid. They were not swamped but with their working speed they had a back up. MAJORLY disappointed and if they bring back the other guy I might start shopping there again.
The cashier was extremely rude! My daughters went into the store and he had an attitude the whole time, literally threw the bag with their items at them and didn’t give them a receipt when they asked. I’m not sure who the manager is but this man needs to be fired! I will never spend my money in this 711 ever again!
Manager Taji needs training. Does not listed to customer complaints. Called 711 corporate. The signal drops. 711 is designed to sell products, but will offer replacement for defective merchandise.
I got a fruit cup today4/24/2021 and it tasted funny and decided to check the date on there and it was the 4/19/2021. Please double or even triple check expiration dates on consumables you buy from them.
