I ordered a large iced mocha latte and a large hot black tea light a sweet. The latte came with only one pump of mocha in it and the tea came with only 4 sugar and 4 cream. Any other Dunkin I go to it’s 5 and 5, on top of that they only gave me one tea bag when it’s supposed to be two. When I asked the worker for more cream and sugar she rolled her eyes at me. After how she reacted to one thing being wrong I didn’t even bother asking about the rest.

The staff member saw me, looked at me, then turned around to answer a text on her phone before she helped me. She wasn't a young teen, she was definitely a middle aged woman! I was so surprised. My bagel    was so old and stale I could've sanded an old table down. It was inedible.Food: 1/5

The Bacon Bites I just bought were uncooked and just thrown in a bag half cooked and dripping the sauce.

I can order a cappuccino the same way 5 times and all 5 times the cappuccino will be completely different. I don't expect high quality coffee at a Dunkin but I do expect some level of consistency. The staff does seem hard working and friendly though.

Coffee is always fresh and the restrooms are always nice and clean. Nice employees and great service.

i live nearby this location and its 3rd time  happend with same tall girl at cash counter. time 5.13pm 01/26/2022. she work at cash counter and forgot to serve me/take my otder... even she didn't feel sorry . other worker is nice. but i will never visit here again. 0 rating

This dunkin is too slow. How can you put 2 ppl in the morning when it's the busiest time. It is ridiculous how you have to wait 30 mins for dunkin. Several times already I wait in line and I am forced to leave because of time. I've seen many customers do this. Manager or owner should do something, find more efficient ways to get the morning moving. Very disappointing.

Yes I was greeted nicely but....i ordered a small French vanilla light and sweet...and two toasted bagels one with light butter the other butter and jelly...now if i am spending a total of $6.47 cents give me what i asked for correctly. Both bagels was hard and cold as a rock! The jelly I see on the receipt for an extra 50 cents was not even a spoon full. The coffee was hot great dark and not sweet at all...store number 331286...not pleased at all

I always have an issue with this Store, If i placed an order with them is because I love the Matcha Tea but the people in this Store always forget something, this is a very bad service, I always use Uber eats but the people in the restaurant prepare it.
