This guy is very rude . I came to 7/11 at night . I was looking for drinks. I texted my girlfriend a picture of a drink to make sure it is the one she wants .  This guy told me “DONT WASTE MY TIME I HAVE CLEANING TO DO “ HURRY UP.  I can’t understand what is his job ?  If you have something emergency then close the store. He treated me like trash . This person should be fired .

Made up an excuse to not sell pizzas on Pi. He said the cold case pizzas were not part of the deal and couldn't be heated up. I went up the street to the next closest 7-eleven and they gave me the deal for pizzas put of their cold case and heated them. The man that was working here fabricated whole story for his lie just to save a few bucks.

I’ve ordered twice from them and both times have charged me for items I ordered and gotten the wrong items. So then makes me wonder are you OVERCHARGING ME FOR THINGS YOU SHOULDN’T BE?

The old guy at night time is the rudest person I've ever met, Bait N Switch, signs claiming 18packs of Bud Light Outside and On the Cooler door, 14.99 Get to the register 17.99 Tell the old man the sign says 14.99 he instantly puts the beer behind the register and acts like I'm robbing the place. I kindly say that's not fair you should read the sign. Apparently this store can list a price and sale it for 3 bucks more and if you make a gripe your in the wrong. Never going to this 7-11 again

There very rude here. Came to buy one thing and I was waiting at the counter, instead of him helping with my one item he decided to keep finding a door dash order for a customer that hadn’t even arrived yet. Very poor customer service asked him for help and he completely ignored me. 0/10 wouldn’t go again.

I come at least 5-6 times per week to get coffee, smokes and food. This is th3 2nd time that i have gotten food from there and it isnt the food that is advertised or labeled. This last experience really pushed my buttons. I wanted a stuffed waffle that was sitting in the warmer. When i opened it and took a bite it wasnt a stuffed waffle. It was the meatball  stuffed thing you guys started selling a couple weeks back. I know for a fact that there is packaging for this. When i asked about why i didnt get a stuffed waffle i was told because we sell 2 different type of stuffed foods. I asked why it wasnt in the correct box. And all he could say was we sell 2 different types of stuffed foods. This isnt the first time for misslabeling foods. I asked for a refund and he said no refund. This is terrible customer service.  If you dint have the correct packaging for a product dont try and sell it as something it is not.

The dude does not like black people, well a lot of people don't like us - complexion matters..  So I will give him his peace buy never visiting again... Any 7 eleven for that matter.  I will just have to plan better...

The old night guy is very rude and doesn't even know how to use the machine. So I had to go to a different 7-11. Not the first time he has shown me and others disrespect either.

Absolutely my favorite 7 11. You can catch me in front of the blueberry coffee pot... and if you do. I'm sure I'll tell you to try some.  You won't be sorry. Less you dont like blueberries...

I went to buy a 6 pack heiniken that person who help me was very rough also he give me the wrong cigarettes maybe he doesn't like his job.
