Ran this store by myself for over a year was always cleaned with perfection and the customer base was awesome vendors loved me and everything was always stocked. I'm in total surprise on how it looks now. I see my old customers in public 40 to be exact telling me that they hate this store. At least 3 of them have Said they have been ripped off at least 20 of them saying that the food is always burnt and the person in charge has no clue how to do this. So I decided to go and see for myself again ordering a pizza manager there almost burnt the oven had to help than got yelled for it. This store truly has gone downhill never going back rather go out of my way than return
The woman who checked me out was very helpful. I’m an amputee in a wheelchair and when my soda didn’t ring up she went to get another bottle herself. And she gave me a big gulp cup! So kind. I had a lovely experience. This is your standard small 7-11.
New management seems to be diligently working to fix problems pre-dating their takeover, retaliation has come in different forms but regardless- I'd go again for the decorations. There's a level of effort put in that makes it a nice place to be.
the cashier scammed me for 130 dollars I went to deposit 130 into my PayPal and she voided it at the last second and I went back it was a different worker. We have tried going back they said come back later 3 times in one day to get the footage and the footage is the cashier handing me the fee change for putting 130 in my PayPal.
I’ve got a couple problems with this place, so let’s get started,,, They say they’re 24 hours but I’ll pull up at 1030pm most gas stations are open at this time, even non-24hour ones and the doors will be locked with the same guy either sitting behind the counter on his phone or sweeping. I’ve waited outside and asked if he was open and he will shake his head and slam the door closed. I ask other employees during the day and they always say he should be open and that he might just be cleaning for a second but it’s consistently locked up any time he’s working. The employees there are not the nicest. I understand not always being in a good mood -I’ve worked at gas stations before! but they will literally ignore you. Here’s an actual interaction I had with one of the workers: “Hey how are you doing?” -silence- “Do you guys ID for lighters? I don’t have my ID on me” -silence- “Could i get that one?” -silence- he then slammed the wrong lighter on the counter and stared at me until i put my card into the reader and when i asked for a receipt he stared at me until i just walked out.
I loved the Halloween decor in the store, very festive and culturally appropriate for all. The cashier was super nice too
It's been a few weeks since I've been in the store and all I can say is WOW!! I wasn't even sure that it was the same location, the store is so much cleaner and the staff were super helpful!
Appears to be doing much better across the board, with new management
As a women. You feel creeped out & unsafe immediately upon walking in. And Watch your change! What I'm told is the owner. Will blatantly keep your change if you don't put your hand out fast enough. He's very rude. They all are. As a nearby neighbor. I've witnessed the "change over", of owners 4 times in particularly these last 4 years. It went from great to gross! I will drive further to any other store. Before ever patronizing this one. 711 needs to take their name away from these "people".
Watch out here!!! Clerks will rob you blind... right in front of you. Just went in for a coke "refill" and had my own 7-Eleven BIG GULP cup... they charged me full price. When I questioned the price charged vs. a refill price, she said in broken English... "your fault, didn't tell me, price done no refund!" Two clerks acknowledged me when I came in, but continued speaking their foreign language. They didn't care or treat me as a customer.... POOR SERVICE!! I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS 7-ELEVEN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!!
