I come to this 7-Eleven pretty regularly I don’t really know why the old with red ladies is always super rude and hostile to deal with even for simple transaction. Corporate needs to check her attitude. That’s fine if you don’t choose to acknowledge it as a owner of your business that’s fine but I’ve already contacted 7-Eleven corporate you should be hearing about it
I will only give a 1 bc i had no choice. This place is the worst customer service experience ever. Was given no receipt with my purchase and clerk gave me the wrong product. I came in not even 12 hours after my purchase to o. All I wanted was an exchange for the correct product not even. I've been trying to reach the owner/manager Julie for the last day or so and have left my number twice now and was told theyp have to investigate my purchase and never I was given a call back. They just don't want to deal with it. I shop there daily for water, ice, slurpees, ice cream snacks, all kinds of stuff i won't be returning. If they don't rectify this i will not return to this 711
The staff are always so friendly and helpful when I come in and the store is always clean! When other customers are being disrespectful, they're always very empathetic about the situation and try to descalate it the best way possible. So grateful to have a friendly 7-11 in my neighborhood.
I normally like this 7/11 but after leaving there this morning. I'm done! I have never stolen from any place before and this young guy was watching me like a hulk and made me fell so uncontrollable. Every aisle i walked down he followed me. I will not be returning again i shouldn't be treated like a thief. I could understand if i was looking suspicious or something but that i was not!
Visit often. Always have nice staff, always quick service. And always clean. Nice little store
Ive been going to this location every week for years to get my weekend pop after work. Im assuming this guy is new because ive never seen him before. Was incredibly rude and rufused to give the price that they had advertised. His response was "well this is what it rang up as" had he of been respectful i would of paid extra Needless to say ill be going to the one on Annapolis from now on.
Rude staff. Refused me service because the person I was with had no mask due to medical issues. Although I had a mask covering completely, and said person left outside, I was still disregarded by staff. Unbelievable.
So I am a paramedic with a local ambulance company and to say our days can become a bit hectic is an understatement. Well anyway I was at a local hospital dropping off a patient and thought...o thank I will get me some goodies at 7-11. So usually when we stop we also use the rest room as the ambulance is not equipped with one. So as I pay for my yum yum I ask as I have at numerous other 7-11's to my shock the cashier told me there was no public restroom....well there is a first time for everything I guess. Well this was more of a vent then anything. I will however drive a bit farther next time to a gas station.
Every time me or my girl goes their there is always Some kind of problem goingon. Ether the staff is under trained or something is broke. I think the only thing broke is the store Management .I think it is time for new management And I know there are a lot of people that agree
Horribly rude night time staff. Refused to refund my money for an item I didnt want. I'll be reporting this location and employee to corporate. I shouldn't be treated like an a-hole for asking the exchange policy or to get my money back for something I don't want.
