Store associates decides to argue that the store doesn’t honor refill pricing on soda for a big gulp when it’s clearly on their machine. Aside from extremely poor customer service it’s also a complete Dept of Weight and Measure violation. Revision - May 6th The response from the “owner” in these reviews is all for show. No follow up, no apology, only empty promises.
Avoid at all costs. Horrible service, they don't honor refill prices and the employees all just blame it on the manager. Everything here is marked up significantly to other 7-11 stores. Go elsewhere.
I recently have gone and I usually do tap pay for anything and that day it wouldn't allow it and I had to insert my card...next day I see my card was used on an online purchase that I did not make and this had been the only place I had gone to during the past few days. Assuming this was the fact they they had a card skimmer. Going to be more watchful from now one because of this.
No trust. They treat everyone like they are going to steal something. They also lock up the alcohol 24/7. There’s is only one person working there so you have to wait every time for them to open it for you, ask what you want and walk it to the register for you to pay.
100% positive these guys are running a skimmer so everyone watch out when you pay, Brand new Card first and only purchase only for some random 90$+ order online was attempted a few hours later 7-eleven has fell off hard fxck em
Everything is usually great about your typical 7-Eleven. However, just recently I went at 2 a.m and expected a 24/7 store to be open. Just odd that a company that advertises how late they open lock their doors after 12 a.m.

Worst customer service ever . After she takes 20 min with a customer she lags it then there’s two of us waiting n he’s in a hurry too I give her the money n the cashier is white girl didn’t put nothing in my number I was at. N didn’t tell me anything I guess that law were a customer is always right no wonder more business are so bad reviewed for hiring employees like that
