Paid over $7 for my latte and it tastes terrible to top it, girl at register had a stand-offish attitude.

Just the store, I order led my drink with 5 extra pumps of the coffee frapp roast which I paid for when my drink came out I knew the barista did not do it so I asked her and she said I read it wrong I’m sorry wasn’t rude or anything so I waited for my drink to me made again and she has the audacity to lie to my face and give me the same drink she made for me earlier and say that she put my extra pumps in there… if my 9 pumps of coffee yes I know to many but hey I like it like that where in there it would not look or taste like milk that girl needs to do better because that was unnecessary

Service can be slow at this place as the only have one person doing register and drinks.Food: 4/5

Love going here instead of the Starbucks nearby. Drinks and Frappuccino’s are always nice and cold. At times the orders do get made incorrectly but they always correct them when I ask them kindly to do so. They do at times skip the target rewards phone number input and disregard the option until I ask to do so.

I came in on Saturday evening a little after 6:30, the girl at the register was so rude if she's so unhappy maybe she shouldn't be taking customers orders she was very unpleasant disrespectful. I go to many different starbucks and never have I had someone with such a rude attitude...hope she gets fired.....

I enjoy getting their Iced Green Tea.Quality taste

Bad customer service!!! A young female worker gave me attitude because I politely asked not to add lemonade to my refreshers. I’m never coming here again. I’d rather go to the one across target where they make their customers feel welcome. So rude and unnecessary. I would not recommend coming here.

I’ve been to so many Starbucks around the United States ,I travel for A living and I can tell the difference from state to state what customer service is all about ..... This is my second time I’ve had a bad experience here  ....... making eye contact is a must !!! cracking a smile would be nice ...... when you only have one customer waiting for there drinks and chosing to ignore me while you fill up Your whip cream  canisters, looking down saying I’ll be right with you .... while your gossiping to the other co worker about your other employees that work there is so un professional ...... all I wanted was a stupid tea ........customer service is all about smiles and welcoming your customer ..... I don’t need my ass to be kissed  but a simple gesture like acknowledging with eye contact and a smile would be nice !!!! I hate being ignored and a half fast  acknowledgment .... why bother coming to work !  Brush up on some customer Service !!!!!
