Everytime I go it's an issue. Sometimes the girl locks the door because she is working alone. There's times I can't use my points because they to high to understand what we saying. It's always a mess there. Suggest to use ur card n not cash. Smh
What a horrible experience yesterday with one of the cashiers yesterday Sunday the 9th of June 2019 inside the store? He was visibly upset and rude all to my assessment because there were a lot of customers he had to take care of. The way he spoke to people was bad with his thick Indian accent. I'm a business person and the more people I have the better I am because with more customers equals the most Benjamins. I told him to his face the he was rude. And dirty because he was going to remove my food ordered with old used gloves on the counter. How on earth do people like that get to do anything Customer related? It's astonishing. Please do something else he will send all your customers away one by one because of his foul-rude behavior. I could not believe it even after sleeping on it.
7eleven = No bathroom for patrons! When it was Shell gas station there was a decent bathroom for women to use. They will never one cent from me. Gas is so high and i can't even use the restroom. Ridiculous!
Tight parking, but the store is clean. There is gas here also which means it is a busy place. The drink machines work,and the straws are up front by the register. No spicy jack links though. Those are my favorite.
This 7 11 location is in the middle of a neighborhood with at least 3 high schools, 3 elementary to middle schools and nearby Fordham University. They are discriminatory to students and that should not be tolerated. You want to do business working with the public.. well that includes students. You are breaking the law when you do not service students. Shame on you.
The 7-11 guy at the register had an attitude. I went inside to pay for gas, and he got mad bc I didn't tell him I wanted to use Fuel Rewards. So I said that nobody would get gas there if not for Fuel Rewards...he got mad and checked out some Fordham U kids b4 finishing my transaction. For the price, I'd rather go to a less busy Shell station. They also didn't have many pastries.
This place just seems to go downhill. Always something not in stock. Sometimes hardly any hot foods and dirty coffee area. The other day went for gas and breakfast. Only had premium gas. The coffee area ran out of sugar. Its was around 930 am and they had nothing of breakfast in stock. Only lunch items being made.
Anytime I get there it's a mess. Something always missing and none of the employees will care about it, they don't even have uniforms. Yesterday in a morning, there is no coffee, only self brew coffee machine will work and some of them are left to be cleaned but none is finished. Empty containers and spills all over... No cups... Stocking Boxes are left in middle of store for hours and they wont care that it is in customers way. Telling an employee about something you will get a yes but not done. These people are the worst. They just don't work, don't care.
I arrived only to be told the store was closed at 3 am and would reopen at 5 am but it’s supposed to be a 24hr location. They should not advertise that if they are not
It is so unfortunate that Great coffee selection but the section is horrible dirty and unsanitary. Doesn't make no sense especially with this pandemic. 7-11 needs to do better .
