Went yesterday to pick up a mobile order, got there in 10 minutes and I waited 30 minutes for my order! Why? Because they had 1 person working everything!! Unacceptable! Business poorly run by management! Poor use of space. Very dingy. Very poor location. You're better off at another location.Food: 3/5

This is literally the worst DD I’ve ever seen. I was the only one on line and waited 10 minutes to be helped. THEN I waited 20 more minutes to get my coffee while everyone who ordered after me got their orders. Unless you are desperate for coffee, don’t go to this location.

Slowest dunkin in New York City I waited 15 mins for a on the go order, 3 people behind the register and 15 mins wait is beyond crazy.

Walked in the other day and a roach was crawling around on one of the silver platter trays on top of the counter.

Drink is consistently wrong whenever I order, asks for liquid sugar and I either get no sugar or granulated sugar, not sure why I can never taste the syrup flavor save yourself the trouble of going to this oneFood: 2/5

Customer service needs a lot of work, the attitude level in there is crazy, especially from the lady with the short blonde hair, I never got her name. She was very rude smh very disappointed in this Dunkin’

OKAY if you were working today April 27th 2021 at 1 pm YOU TWO ARE THE SWEETEST EVER!! i used my birthday reward and they kept saying happy birthday and were so sweet and gave me a free donut, asking my what my plans were. there was also another customer who had been charged twice by the dunkin’ mobile app on accident and these two ladies working were sosososo sweet to her too. i left smiling ear to ear they really made my day

I go there for the employees; they're so nice!! Keep up the good work. The location is in the Gulf itself so its a bit cramped between class times and lines pile up, but its worth it I guess for a 2$ almond milk latte.

Great customer service. The reason why I visit everyday. The workers there make you feel welcomed and the way they make my drinks there, top notch.
