Owner is lazy and has his own rules in comparison to nearby 711

It's the worst customer service I have experienced- the evening shift They stand at the counter, completely ignore you for a few minutes, then tell you to swing back, on getting back, they tell you they have no change to assist with your needs  I see a person named 'owner' responding to the queries but nothing is done- there are complaints there since 2020, and all I have read remind me of similar experience, this is 2021!  It's ridiculous

This is the absolute worse 7 Eleven I've ever been to, so terrible that I felt the need to leave a bad review for this place. This place is nasty and the attitude these workers give are nastier, even when asked a simple question. Too many beggers around, which I guess is normal for 7 Eleven's around my area but c'mon, there was a begger trying to charge me for holding the door opening when I was trying to go inside, then insulted me for not paying him for holding the door open when I was leaving. GO ELSEWHERE!! This place is getting worst every day. They overcharge you when you go to pay!!. In addition, the Indian women working the Wednesday noon shift, has a nasty attitude and terrible people skills.

worst spanish lady ever that works there treats the customers bad and it’s really rude to the customers I decided to change 7 elevens in matter to her being rude just wanted to let the manager know I live right across the street by the freshman center but I don’t go to this 7 eleven anymore just cause of this Spanish lady bye hope you guys understand me and mostly have a great day and for Jesus Christ giving us another opportunity for this day

They allowing people in the store WITHOUT MASK all the time. The floors and coffee counters are never clean. Price labeled are always wrong.

Use to have competitive gas prices but they are very high now. Drink and food selection for one of the larger 7-Elevens in the area is not great poor stock and variety.

This place soda machine never works. All flavors are flat. The night guys don't care and say to buy bottled soda or drinks. Smh.

I wish I could give no stars it’s constantly dirty inside and out there is always people begging for money in front, this store does not like black people every time I try to play numbers they never play them they always say they don’t know how to do lottery NY LOTTERY should take their machine away from them

6am never has coffee made. Evening crew is horrible.  Sits and plays video games.
