I love Dunkin coffee, so I go here. Prices have been raised, and I hear coffee prices on the supply market have actually gone down for coffee...so, not fair.  I don't like BS.  I tried the avocado toast one time ...and the slice of bread was NOT TOASTED!!!!! ‍ HOW on earth do you just serve avocado on a plain piece of soft bread??!!! Gross!  Some proper training is in order for serving food.  Don't microwave things to death, and TOAST the dang bread for avocado toast!  But the coffee is great and you can relax on some furniture if you meant to go inside the store and they even have a TV.   No outside tables or umbrellas from what I could tell.  That would be a nice addition in Spring /Summer.

Whatever black girl with colored hair that was working at the drive through window this morning needs to get checked. I pulled up to the window to get my coffee that I ordered ahead of time, and the first thing she asks is something about an item that’s not even in my order, to which I responded I didn’t order that. She handed me my drink and said out loud that I didn’t “need to have an attitude about it”- well how about employees check their orders before opening their mouth and being rude to customers.

Reviewing the drive thru only, we stop by regularly after a series of appointments in the area.  They have coffee and donuts, all the exact same as every other location.  So this rating is for service: the day crew is happy, laughing and friendly while being quick on orders and on top of things. I dropped a card being handed to me, and despite protests, someone ran out and picked it up from the drive thru ground, handing it to me with a smile.

These girls do the most amazing job of any place I've ever seen! They're short-staffed but they still smile and work through it. What an amazing group of employees you have they deserve a raise for sure! I hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have a dedicated crew

This was my first time going to a Dunkin. I saw the commercial for the Cake Batter Iced Latte and I was very intrigued to try it. Obviously as this is a Saturday morning, I understand that they are busy. I went inside to order. The gentleman at the register was very friendly and quick with taking my order. I did wait a good bit for my food and my drink. When I got to work with my food, the sandwich ordered is described as two eggs on it; I received it with one egg. Nothing too crazy but a little disappointing for my first time. I will say the iced latter is delicious! I would definitely order that again, but maybe a different location next time. I did also order a donut which was perfect.

Whoever is training those kids is not teaching them Dunkin donuts standard. Coffee and espresso tastes weak and stale, and the drinks aren't uniformly mixed right. I am a fan of Dunkin but this is not up to the standard I'm expecting.Food: 1/5

Burnt and a wonderful chemical taste!  I've been to 2 stores owned and operated by Route65 and both of them are very, very, very badly managed. I would show you a picture of what the oven actually looks like inside, but it would probably make you throw up. How they pass health inspections is beyond me...corruption in the health department maybe??  When you do clean these fast cooking ovens, you need to cook something like a piece of there chicken and let it get super overdone. This allows the chemical "taste" to be absorbed into that piece of chicken.  Throw that piece away and it then makes everything cooked after that taste like it should.  The fact that they would even contemplate serving me the below burnt bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant says a lot about their training and uncaring attitude towards customers.  So sad.  I moved from Trussville, AL and truly miss that Dunkin and her amazing General Manager. That woman knows how to run a store!

I have been coming here at least twice a week to pick up breakfast and coffee for myself and my coworkers and each time I have had a rude interaction. But today was the last straw for me. I placed an mobile order ahead of time for drivethru pick up and when I arrived the line was 12 cars long and after waiting for 5 minutes it hadn't moved so I went inside to grab my order. As usual it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing at the window looking for assistance and the first girl was very nice, but wasn't sure how to locate my mobile order. When she told another girl that I had placed a mobile order for drivethru pick up she rolled her eyes and stated "well this isn't the drivethru is it," she located my order and quickly gathered what I needed, but then as she approached me to hand it to me the box was dangling from her hand and she shoved it at me "Here." and walked away. I have had a poor interaction with this woman every visit, but this was it for me. I will no longer be buying breakfast for my office from here and would rather pay more money elsewhere and not start my morning with such awful energy that has always left me uncomfortable and upset.

Asked for Carmel craze twice & still got bday!! Kids now a days!!!

Stood at the counter, no one took my order or even acknowledged me. Two cars in the drive through so no excuse for such poorno service
