When I walked in to the store I said hi to the sales associate guy working at the register he had no response. Than I went on and purchased a sandwich and some taquitos. I left the store and realized I was charged wrong so I went back to the store and questioned the guy and he explained the receipt very rudely to me. I didn’t get the name of the sales associate he had no name tag on.The sandwich I purchased had different price on the box than I was charged. I was confused about the price. I had been to many different 7/11 in many different state I have never had this kind of unpleasant service. I will not be going to this 7/11 anymore.
Very bad place! Ugly! I asked almond or oat milk. they have in fridge for sale, but didn't want to open for coffee. And play around. DO NOT GO THERE !!!
Worst 7/11 in NYC!!! I go in to order some pepperoni pizza on a Saturday afternoon and the worker is to lazy to make any instead he wants me to buy something else. I ended up in an argument with the guy!! Unbelievable!!!! I love 7/11 but this store sucks!! Went again to this 7/11 bought something for four dollars and change gave the guy a twenty dollar bill and the guy gives me change for a ten!!!! He stole 10 dollars for me!!!! No manager in store!!!! Got screwed!!!!! BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Delivery was quick. Accurate. Great job. Thank you!
I came in as a delivery driver. The guy behind the counter packed 5 litters worth of soda in 1 paper bag. When I asked him if he could double bag the order, he gave me attitude. He then proceeded to tell me: "You have to wait". He proceeded cleaning the coffee machine. I then told him that I could do it myself if I was such a nuisances. He then went back and gave me another paper bag. Come on 7-11. Do better; be better. Incident date: August 17th, 2021. In the afternoon at around 6 pm.
I work for the city and am cleaning this particular district 2 3 times a week. If you don't let city workers use the bathroom, ill never give you my business. 1 star based on that alone.
I like this place although it does get a little hectic in the mornings. The cashiers are formal but polite, and there is quite a variety of snacks on display. Not the best place to go if your level of impulse control is low, because you'll end up buying kind of pricey snacks. They did have a great $1 coffee deal that outlasted some of the other 7-11s, but generally this place feels kind of serious all the time, probably because its located in Lenox Hill
I go to purchase a decaf coffee everyday. I want it ice which they don’t have. I take a cup of ice to make it cold and the man behind the counter starts yelling at me. WORST 7-11 in the city. Didn’t realize that a few cubes of ice cost so much!!!!. walk to 3rd ave. They are wonderful and happy to have a smiley customer..
Another place with rude and snobby service. Came in here on a friday night looking to purchase a few things. I asked the front desk person who was rude from the start if this particular store had any carry paper bags. The gentlemen said no, so i asked if he could take one of the items out and he refused. We had a short arguement and at this point i told him to just ring me up and i will pay. He rung me up and i left later to find out he spitefully added one of the items in the bag that i did not want. Wont be giving them my business.
Solid little convenience store though feels a little cramped inside. They have larger iced teas made by 7 Eleven. I like the staff and they gave a homeless guy some free food, showing some kindness.
