Too many stoners working here. They are too distracted to do their job or show respect. Clean up your act 7-11! Keep this store drug free!

The cashier had an attitude, hid behind the counter, and didn't give me my change even after I asked.

Why can't this store open at 7am as advertised?  I was there at 7:15am and the door was padlocked. This is more the norm than th exception.  When open, the service is very fine, accept they need someone responsible to be ready to go at 7:00am, as advertised.  They are also not a 24 hour store and their telephone number does not work.

Only 7-eleven in the area which actually is open 24 hours as advertised. Several other locations in the area was closed at 3am on a Monday morning. Unfortunately, they were out of peanut butter and many other common items. However, for the items in stock, they had some good deals.

I used to love this 7-11, especially because I work down the street, but since they’ve reopened it’s been closed at odd hours. Sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes late at night. Very unpredictable. I hope someone posts correct hours either on Google or on the door because I’m sick of their employees rudely yelling “We’re Closed!” through the window rather than offering correct information.

This place is a regular morning stop for me to get Lottery and some lunch items. The staff is really nice and very honest. A few weeks ago I dropped my wallet in the store. It had over $100 cash in it, along with 4 credit cards. The clerks found it, tracked me down at work to let me know they had my wallet and not to worry.  Got it back later that day with not a thing missing. Gave them each a $20 tip just to say thank you.

Not open late. One of Chicago’s strengths is many 24 hour places, but all 3 711s within a couple blocks of here were closed at midnight.

Horror Story.....this 7-11 used to be ok...but now it terrible. There's a guy there that does not speak or understand simple English. He can't even count to five......went for five wings and he gave me four.....the phone number doesn't work and the manager never comes out of the back when called...I'm tired of not getting what I bought because they won't hire all English speaking cashiers.....  Enter at your own risk

Went there and bought some food and then asked to used the restroom. Was told to "go piss outside in a bush or something man". I'm like well why can't I just use the bathroom? The cashier says "I'll lose my job if I give you the key man." ... Conversation goes on but I end up leaving. I don't understand what their bathrooms are for then.

Not open 24/7 like it says on maps. Actually open 7-12.
