The worst store and the worst worker. The worker, the black man who works at night, does not deserve to work. People like him harm the reputation of the store’s name. He is a man without morals who does not possess any of the characteristics of a respectable human being. He is ill-mannered and inimitable. I hope he will be fired soon.

In this store when buying products they steal the information from the card and take your money. I do not recommend using a credit/debit card.

They're super friendly and always greet me when i walk in. I grab my food, or amazon package, or use the atm. Always give small talk at the register and tell me to have a good day. These reviews dont sound like the people who work there. They have been nice to me since day one.

Avoid at all costs. Extortionate prices, minimal selection, uncleanly environment and even regular customers are treated as if they are attempting to steal.

The food and snacks are always on point. I went in a few times after I left work. It's always the same, I say hello, and the cashier just looks at me and says nothing. It was time to leave and told him to have a good night and still says nothing. There are regulars that come in the store, and he's super nice to them. Guess I'll go to the other locations where I feel welcomed

Very aggressive cashiers! Men and women, both! I’m just asked price for all pieces pizza with my app, it was expensive. Later I asked to make two pieces, to which I heard that we do not make pizza after 11 Pm and he said to me get out of here!

i was reluctant to share but i will because i think this franchise deserves it. THEY COMMIT ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES and CUT CORNERS to undermine the law when it comes to both employee rights and customer health and safety . to eat here is at your own discretion. they will prepare heated dishes and not sticker them, leaving them in the case for more than 12 hours at a time. they will reuse liners and other kitchen equipment without washing them for a prolonged amount of time, at times often not wearing gloves when interacting with food. they do not give paystubs or online access to any platform that provides information on pay. they do not allow breaks or lunches on ANY shift for employees. back breaking labor is required , you must constantly front face, unpack shipment, cook food, service the register, etc. there is no air conditioning in store for employees. i had the manager not accommodate me and FIRE me when i was sick and ASKED FOR A BREAK, which is my legal right. he said that it was an uncommon practice in many stores, and gaslit me on the phone saying he never said i couldn’t take breaks, just that it was strongly not recommended. the manager also hires employees that are of a similar ethnic background to him , at his convenience . they eyeball you every second they get at the camera, and god forbid if you have a line and the store isnt spotless even if you’re very busy, prepare to be subjected to a lecture. if you shop here, STOP. support small convenience stores around the area, please please advocate for the employees who are treated like straight dirt and overworked to the bone by this twisted management team which consists of the single store manager and 1 manager who oversees operations mentioned above. shame on this awful store, and 7/11 corp who knows this happens. Shame shame shame.

They suck they should be  a 7/11 store I went inside with my grand daughter she dropped the orange juice in floor  I told them I grabbed  another one they charged me for the one it broke they suck  I would never go there and the corporation company should see who they partner  with I don't need no consultation sorry this and that

I was at 7 eleven located at 520 5th Ave Brooklyn NY. The cashier had very bad attitude... I had to make a phone call then I stepped outside. I saw him picking up a food from the floor and put it back on the grill. I don't know the name of that food but it's the thing right next to the hotdogs. That was at 12:01 am.
