If I could give less than one star I would. I have been calling the store for the last several days trying to get in touch with the manager about their "urgently hiring" job ad which I have applied for and each time my call has been immediately forwarded to voicemail. It's as if the manager doesn't even care to make an effort on his/her part to hire new employees. I wouldn't waste your time trying to apply to this location as they only seem to want to waste your time and not put in any effort in themselves to to get new hires. Terrible service and business practice, at least make an effort.

Had a great time shopping at this 7/11, all the employees during night shift are friendly and really helpful! The manager on duty, Haley is FANTASTIC, she really knows what she is doing and you guys made the right decision on hiring her and making her a manager! Keep up the great work!

I just want to say the 7-Eleven off of 2707  highway  92 lakeland fl. 33801. Ripped my husband off $83 in winning tickets they pocket the money and I pray this message gets to the managers or the supervisors because your night crew is stealing from your customers every night.  This is not the first time they have done this but it sure will be the last.  I am a supervisor and I would never steal from my customers so if I were a manager or supervisor at 7-Eleven I sure would look into the cameras and watch them.

The place never has anything. Their ordering is constantly lacking.  The staff is hit and miss. Most of the ladies are very friendly. But some like to cuss like sailors. Absolutely none of them on the night shift have any kind of customer service etiquette.

I was at this 7-Eleven,  employees no mask but a good distance. Ppl no mask homeless looking and some not . Was walking around store seems like following me.  I went to counter and I been damm if 3 or 4 non mask men came to counter spread out 1 was standing barely elbow room to me . And ppl hanging out side . Harassing ppl. I was leaving a man on bike start hollering at me following trying to talk to me. I told him you don't know me so go on. Im not talking with you leave me alone finally he left.

So I just left this store a second ago and didn't come right back to bring cold pizza of belt so and I brought Newport my total was 18 and change I gave a 20 got 1 and change back same shift theses nittwitts said neither one served me i said really are ya serious  the thing is you can't make this type is shii up just poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism appearance was unprofessional poor attitude it's 10/20/22 @ 547am just horrible!!

I was charged approximately 32 usd for a single pizza. I tried to call them also and no one would answer the phone for many minutes so I had to leave a message about the over charge.

The two woman who work on 01/9/21. Was screaming at me when I ask for they name, because of bad customer service. I did made a complaint about it. Just because they didn’t fix the mistake. They should thx god I’m not a teenager anymore!!! Managment need to take action about it.

Women’s sink in the bathroom has been broken for at least a month, very unsanitary. People can use it but can’t wash there hands afterwards. Plus side they have hand sanitizer everywhere
